Eva Millán, chef, biologist, and nutritionist, gave us a masterclass on what a healthy breakfast should look like and the advantages of following a healthy diet with our Mediterranean lifestyle—and of course, the countless benefits of our wonderful EVOO.
In addition, we visited the Montilla food market, located about 100 meters from the shop, and spoke with some of the fruit and vegetable vendors who explained the reasons why it is so positive to shop locally in markets and neighborhood stores.
