Refund policy

In our return policy, in compliance with Article 71 of the Royal Legislative Decree, the buyer has 14 business days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to justify their decision and without any penalty.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used.

• The returned product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging.

• If the error is on the part of the customer, a cost of €8.5 per package will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a shipping error or defective product.

In the event of packaging or product defects:

• Please contact us within the first 24/48 hours from receipt at devoluciones@molinojuanitoortiz.com to file a claim with the shipping company.

• If the product is defective, a full refund will be issued or a new product will be shipped at no additional cost.
