What was the ShowCooking?

On May 22, 2025, we held our very first event alongside our beloved chef Eva Micaela Millán. A live cooking workshop for curious people eager to break away from routine.


A masterclass where each guest was able to taste the dishes prepared in a tasting format. The session included a welcome cocktail, two main dishes, and a dessert— all of it paired with wines from our Montilla–Moriles denomination of origin.
Upon arrival, guests watched as a welcome cocktail was prepared right in front of them, featuring both the local fino wine and Molino Juanito Ortiz extra virgin olive oil.
Guests also took an active part in making their own cocktail.

What did the ShowCooking include?

These were the dishes:

  1. Welcome cocktail “Virgin Mary Picual”.
  2. Prawns with cilantro and parsley pil-pil, on a crunchy plantain base with creamy avocado.
  3. Cured mackerel with aquafaba & basil mayonnaise, served over a seasonal miniature garden.
  4. Microwave sponge cake with a chocolate, EVOO, and orange core.
